Default Telephone Troubles?

Bell Canada has outsourced many of it's services overseas in order to maximize profits.
Next time you call for phone service or internet technical assistance, this is where your call may end up.
"Thank You for calling Bell, your call is very important to us"...........

I think that all telecommunications companies seem to share the same attitude. I think that they'd have fewer dissatisfied customers if they'd go back to using the goog old fashioned telephone operators.
