My first time writing to say that I saw Mr. Lightfoot in 1976 when he played in Wichita, KS. That night after the concert, all his guitars were stolen & he said he's never return. It's taken 31 years & now he will be here next Tues.

I've been off work following knee surgery & return on Mon 6/25. Because I work 2nd shift, I will NOT be able to attend his concert at the Orpheum Theatre on 6/27; however, in my mind I will be. Hospital schedules can be pretty inflexible, so there is no coming at the last minute. While I am sure it will packed at the Orpheum that night, I hope he will know that not everyone who wants to be there will be. Still, I'm thankful Wichita is on his schedule. It certainly looks like a hectic schedule.

On a related note, we try to visit the Kenora/ Minaki, Ont. area of the beautiful country of Canada every summer. What an absolutely awesome place. We love the country and the people. Gordon Lightfoot represents them so well.

Hi RJ. Have enjoyed reading your posts. Maybe we can say hello in Cedar Rapids. Will be in Row C (seats 16 and 18) of the Orchesta Pit.

Still planning on going to all 3 Minnesota concerts in Sept. Odd that tickets for Rochester and Duluth are not even posted on the venue's websites yet. With three months to go, people need notice or otherwise their schedule start to fill up on them.
