I can't find Waiting For You in any stores or on half.com or Amazon.com. Surely this album hasn't gone out of print too?

Yes, it is also out of print. Better keep an eye on Ebay while there are still some around

Too bad you're not in Southern Ontario.... Waiting For You often shows up at The Beat Goes On, it's a used CD and DVD store, it has an online search engine. I have seen it available province wide many times.

There's one on Ebay right now for $3.99. I think it's used, but supposedly in perfect shape. For $3.99, it's worth a try.

I bought WFY in Dec. of '97 for $6.99 in Sam Goody a store in the mall. It has the small cut in the case to show its out of print. That same year I had saw it in another used record store around here. It was a used CD also and I'm glad I bought it when I did. Songs like "I'd Rather Press On" and "Only Love Would Know" are what makes me keep this album. In a misheard lyric, I thought I heard Gord say "pissed" in "Welcome To Try" lol

I think "cut-outs" were promotional copies given to radio stations and record stores.
Edited for typo only.

Thanks for your help, everyone. I'm going for one when I get home today. I just don't know why this CD'd be out of print.

Is there an easier way to search on music.mysic.com? I don't have time to look through all those pages.
I didn't see any copies on gemm.com but I'll look again.

Brilliant.! Lucky old you!!
It's probably my favourite album.
I think "Drink Yer Glasses Empty" is one of the most beautiful songs ever written and "Only Love Would Know" just makes me go all gooey.

I agree, Gaby. I think Drink Yer Glasses Empty is one of his secret masterpieces. I love the guitar picking he does on it. It would be a nice one for Gord to do solo.
