Nice classic photos here. What a beautiful theatre. Very ornate and the art work is tastefully set in which makes it quite pleasing to the eye. It will go on my list of "places to visit" somewhere down the road.
I especially like the ones showing Gord tuning his 12 string. It's interesting that he rests the guitar flat and tunes it seemingly by ear. Very inspirational indeed.
It makes sense though as the sound would go more directly into his ear this way.
The 12 string guitar has been the tool of trade throughout his career so he obviously knows how to make it work to it's fullest capacity.
The one showing him entering the hallway with the 12 string strapped on is cool. It captures the rawness of what dressing room areas can look like in some older theatres.
All very tastefully put together.
Thanks so much Kim and please keep them coming.
You clearly have a vision in mind before you select the scene for the right shot.
