I met Craig Kielburger in the Montreal airport today as he was on his way to Toronto for the gala! What a lovely young guy..He had just been at the convocation at Concordia U. and was heading home to Toronto. I said I was too and he asked why I was in Montreal. I tol dhim I saw Gordon Lightfoot the night before and the two previous nights in Ottawa. He smiled and said "I'll see him tonight!"..I said, "yes at the award gala at Roy Thompson Hall-have a wonderful time!"... I thanked him for the work he does and headed to my plane. google his name and be amazed at what this young man has done in his life. remarkable.. and very handsome..

at the gala, the emcee,Peter Mansbridge asked, "How do you know you're in Canada? When Gordon Lightfoot carries his own amp." and he did!
