This 1966 Gibson B45-12 is in absolutely miraculous condition. Virtually no cracks or crazing!
When I bought this guitar it had the sprung brace common to this model (from fifty years of pressure of the strings on the top). My luthier (who services musicians for Boston Symphony Hall and the Berkley School of Music) repaired the brace (see photo of slightly elevated sound-hole) and said it was unbelievable what good condition this instrument is in. And truly, it is the only one of this model I've seen with the high-gloss finish intact (see close-ups of finish -- photos of back show the only crazing lines). The rest of the top is flat as a pancake (see photo of bridge/top).
Action is nice and low and, for a wide-neck guitar, it's super easy to play and has nice volume. Hardshell case is included, but flowers and bowl of fruit are not for sale. : )
Please email with any questions -- I'd be happy to talk you through this instrument,
Dave
Price is set to allow me only to break even -- I don't wish to make extra money on this sale.
As is common with instrument sales, I will accept returns only in the event that the instrument didn't match the description (though I have definitely described this instrument accurately).
