Default Terry's final resting place

For those of you, including myself, who perhaps anticipated placing a flower at Terry's grave, it appears that he was cremated. With decades of funeral experience behind me, I judge that because there was a memorial service for him instead of an actual funeral. 99 times out of 100, that indicates cremation. So I suggest you find a contemplative way to say goodbye. If I discover the final resting place of his ashes, I'll let you know. Cemetaries are indeed for the living and those of us who struggle with an alternative resting place will just have to learn to "live with it". I was a big fan of Jim Croce's, and I was glad I was able to stop by is simple, lonely gravestone a few years ago and leave a carnation. I figured it was more "masculine" than anything else.

He was indeed cremated. I don't know if he will be placed anywhere or if he will spend the ?? years on a mantle. It is comforting to have a place to go - but I surely understand when a family isn't quite ready and they decide to keep he/she around for a while.
Interesting background, I was an assistant coroner for a while when I was an EMT. It is good work that you do....heavy on the compassion, caring and ability to comfort.

I am guessing scattered

Personal choice of course with many burying urns or having them on mantle but seemed (total conjecture here) the sort that might want to be in perpetual motion, outdoors, blowing across the meadows or rippling along a stream

ie. his soul at rest but his ashes, never
