We'll have to see what happens from here, whether his followers give up, or seek revenge. I understand he's going to be tried by an Iraqi court and could face the death penalty.
As long as WE don't execute him or torture him, they won't really have a reason to avenge him. He probably is going to get the death penalty over in Iraq. But why are the Iraqies(forgive my spelling) acting so tough all of a sudden? I've heard about this in class.

The question is WHO captured him. If you listen to ONLY the american press it was U.S. soldiers and intelligence.
If however you read new sources outside of the U.S. you will consistently hear otherwise.
Two main stories OUTSIDE of the U.S. press:
