I never knew he did all these covers. Are these ones you know he did or wish he did. I would love to hear him do the Marty Robbins songs.

BTW Norm, I was wearing your shirt in Puerto Vallarta waiting to go through security and a woman from Missoula said she had read about you and followed your trip on the internet. You are famous!

No you can't Frank
Sure the album lists it as being by Gord as do several deaf file sharers but as Wayne explains in his notes on the album at http://www.lightfoot.ca/bootlegs.htm
"(#) Denotes not sung by Gordon Lightfoot. These tracks appear to be a
thinly veiled attempt to pass off someone else as Lightfoot"
that is one of the "padding" tracks by somebody else posing as Gord which I understand upset EMP at the time leading to a cease and desist order against Koala records.

'Get Together'...the Youngbloods song? That's on a live CD from 1966 (I think). The groundhog song is on there, too.

"I Still Miss Someone" is Johny Cash but I haven't seen or heard of Gord doing that one.

He "sort of" did "Peepin' and Hidin" because "Canary Yellow Canoe" sounds a lot like it.

Boy,what else could he have done?

Maybe "Rocket Ride" by KISS???!!!!
"Dude Looks Like A Lady" by Aerosmith??
