yes, we noticed, char...but i'm realizing this is mainly an international board (there's not one at Lightfoot.ca for us Canucks, we just have to discuss around the water cooler, lol) and most viewers probably live closer to Peterborough, UK 
you may have even beat Wayne to the punch (actually he lives closer to the UK also, lol)
hope your using #50 sunblock everywhere your bikini isn't

heavy yodeling? yup, sound cbc-ish... next you'll likely hear some native chants and strange wind instruments... it's folk roots (this aint the opera, lol) ...you'll have to check out the vinyl cafe on weekends, enjoy
