I think I recognise the "Navvie" in the background as one of the zealous dancers
who spend much of their time in the full
B & W Windows Media Video file on the CBC Archives site "swinging their hammers"
to try to wipe out some of the other navvies fortunately they all missed the wandering minstrel singing by the tracks!!
But my whole point was to ask Phil/Sidney where he got hold of that colo(u)r picture
since as we discussed it is likely that the 1967 television special was shown
if not recorded)solely in Monochrome
