Re: MIDLAND TEXAS rADIO interview
Midland show tonight was fantastic. Even though Gord claimed to have some "rhinitis" issues, his voice was clear and solid. As a matter of fact, his voice sounded stronger than the last time I heard him, last summer. The sound system in the venue was first-rate, the mix was perfect and the band was at its best. "Minstrel" and "Much to My Surprise" were two of the best performances I've seen in some time. Gord was in great spirits and really seemed to be having a good time.
What a treat it is to still get to hear these guys, doing what they love. And what an even better treat it is that they're still so damned good at it!
