My Favorite Gordon Lightfoot Song is "Early Morning rain". I do not have Lightfoot's Original, but I have a slow version by Peter, Paul And Mary. And a real FAST, FUN version by We Five. I love We Five's version the best! It has some neat electric guitar work and drums in the background.
My Second Favorite Gordon Lightfoot song is "Softly". Again, I don't own Lightfoot's Original, but I have a version by The Sandpipers.
I do have Gordon Lightfoot's "Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald" on a 2-Record Set by Warner Bros. Special Products entitled STORYTELLERS, that I ordered and still have after seeing it advertised on TV years ago.
