I just want to thank you for the hard work and dedication, making sure we got tour dates, tickets and info. I know you've worked hard on gordonlightfoot.com, and we the fans are the ones who benefited from it. (Well, Gord benefited from it too, with all of the promotion you did).
Like I said on the newsgroup, the Internet will be a lonely place without your web site. There will never be one that's better, because you did it out of love and respect for Gordon.
I know you must have had a hard time making this decision, but I, for one, am behind you all the way. Sometimes it's just time to move on.

Don't you think for one minute that this is going to slow us down! We have many more adventures in our future! And remember, next time we go on one of those adventures, we need to get a map!

You mean you gals still haven't picked up a map?!?!?!? I figured you would have done that after the first road trip

I'm hoping for many more opportunities to hang out with you guys - not only at "official" Toronto gatherings, but many more like the fun Saratoga Springs gatherings as well. We DO have fun when everyone gets together! Hoping to see you if/when you make your west coast trip in September (I'll send you a CA map )
