I don't know one way or another. But, in the Special Thanks section from his new CD "Harmony", Liz did not get a mention.
His thanks went to: Mike, Barry, Rick, Terry, Red, Jessi-Jo, Anne Leibold and Barry Harvey.

I caught that - you don't often see it. But whether it signifies anything????? I figure that's his (and Liz's) business and neither are likely to ask for MY advice <g>.

I know them all except "Jessi-Jo" also.
In the song "Flyin' Blind", Jessi-Jo is mentioned 19 times and is spelled the same way in both the song lyrics and thanks section...

I don't suppose anybody knows what her middle name was ... ah well, speculation is half the fun.

OK. Speculation is futile. (but fun)
The lyrics of Flyin’ Blind rather suggest a woman who helped pull him back from the brink. (Sorry, Deb. No pun intended.)
I wonder if Jessi-Jo was one of his nurses?

Why did his wife leave him when he fell ill, just when he needed her most?

It's none of our business.
And, who says she left him?

All I know is that they broke up, and I thought it was her that did the leaving. Someone posted a topic called "another loss for Gord" on this forum and it said something of the like.
