Barry Keane is the genuine article. My family and I ( wife + 3 wonderful kids / love 'em all !!!) have met Gord and the guys after shows regularly since 1999.

Once just me and my wife were talking with Barry and he asks, "Where's your kids?"

We all 5 had front row seats at South Bend, IN a few years ago, and as we were being seated during the first song (not sure they should have seated us during the song) Barry catches our glance and gives us a smile and a silent "hi" - all during Gord's first song.

After the Fox Theatre show in St. Louis about a year and a half ago, we were standing at the end of Gord's reception room line. We hear, "Hi Davises". We turn around and there is Barry Keane.

How does he do it???????!!!!!!!!

Then just last Friday night in Aurora, we are sitting with the after-show guests waiting for the guys. As Barry is giving a lady a hug, he sees us and says "Hi, guys".

I have a feeling that Barry's consistenly pleasant and positive personality contributes to the group morale.
