Or, it could have been On-Tear-I-O, Oregon(which is near the Or-EE-Gone border with Idaho, and is relatively North)...being an Oregonian, I'm sure that's what he meant, just as I'm sure that he was thinking of me when he wrote "Song for a Winter's Night"...I wish!!!
