I found this, didn't mention what 'equipment'.

Unfortunately, due to equipment failure, Gordon Lightfoot was not able to perform Saturday evening, August 20th.

Therefore, we will make an exception to our “no refund” policy and offer full refunds. If you used a credit card to purchase your tickets, please look for a credit on your statement. It has already been processed.

If you paid with cash, please contact us during regular business hours beginning Monday, August 22nd (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM) at 866-703-ROCK(7625).
