From Toronto by cab would be close to $90 each way.... I would strongly urge you to consider taking a GO Bus to Hamilton from either the airport or Union Station... the fare is about $40 return. The added bonus is that the Hamilton GO Station is only 5 minutes away from Hamilton Place. I'm a taxi driver in Brantford so it's no skin off my nose if you don't take a taxi

Seeing as it will be likely bone chilling cold a taxi fare to and from the GO Station will be about $10. Hope this helps.

Parking will be at a premium that day, if you do insist on driving yourself arrive early and you can park in the Lloyd D Jackson Square underground garage
