Thanks for the info John, that may have been the website I attempted to reproduce the pic from.

I do have the sheet music. I purchased it some years ago from 'Music Pro'? I think from somewhere in Canada, $5.95. It is my pride and joy (Apart from my D18GL) as Gordon has signed it for me. With dedication.
