I think,since he is in essence "starting over",he would (and or should) play "Steel Rail Blues" from his 1st LP.

If not going that route,then I'd say "Seven Island Suite". An excellent way to start and show he's still in charge.

He should definetly close with "End Of All Time". That's the kind of song that says "big finish".
