According to the Lightfoot biography I just acquired a few days ago,that show aired May 22nd,1976...not long (either before or after)the albums release.
He sings Summertime Dream and Spanish Moss and one other that I can't remember just now.
At the end of the segment it appears he's goin to do another song and Buck Henry tells him they have to get on with the skits and Gord kind of refuses.
Then along comes Samuri Belushi with bolt/wire cutters and clips GL's strings!
I couldn't help but laugh,especially at Gordon's comic reaction.
Anyone find it bizzare that these two very different guys dated the same "strange" woman?
