I hope your son is still allowed to continue with his report on Gordon Lightfoot, even though his ancestors are Scottish.
I'd like to add two tidbits:

At a very young age, Gordon Lightfoot went to an audition and they expected an 'Indian' to turn up
2.
Steve Foster made a comment about Gordon Lightfoot having the "coolest real-name" in showbusiness. I guess we can all agree on that.
