I've never seen Tears are Not Enough. How cool that Gordon was the first to sing!
Of course USA for Africa is a familiar one as well as "Do They Know..." on the latter there were some really great vocals from Boy George, Simon Le Bon, Sting, Bono, Paul Young et al. This has always been one of my favorite holiday songs.
