I recognize tha hotel!

When my family lived in S.D. in the late 70s we went by that quite a few times.

Not only that,but Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz used that in a stock footage shot for "The Lucy Desi Comedy Hour". The episode (sort of) took place at that hotel.
