which according to the ebay seller's blurb is a
"Great looking large 1970 promo ad for Gordon Lightfoot with Reprise goofing and calling the song "If I Could instead of If You Could Read My Mind"!!"

I recently showed a half page from a 1968 issue of the Canadian TV Guide another issue is on offer at ebay now:-
