BNL were talking about this up here in September I think - it's certainly an alternate way to get the music heard while still making money and keeping fans happy.
It will be interesting to see how this sets a new trend for musicians....

It always makes me laff when I remember the kerfuffle with the Mayor of Toronto back in late 1990. Mayor June Rowlands heard their "offensive" name and wouldn't allow them to play the New Year's Eve show at the outdoor party held at City Hall...omigoodness what a tempest in a teapot...BNL got more publicity than if they had played....

I always enjoy seeing them perform (never seen them live) especially on local TV because they have so much fun on stage.
