Yeah! Finally dl the rest of SALUTE! Still my favorite Gord album...good sound, good lyrics, & lots of smooth electric guitar. I burned a nice CD with a few bonus songs:

SALUTE recorded 1983
1. Salute(A Lot More Livin' To Do)
2. Gotta Get Away
3. Whispers Of The North
4. Someone To Believe In
5. Romance
6. Knotty Pine
7. Biscuit City
8. Without You
9. Tattoo
10. Broken Dreams
11. Canary Yellow Canoe (Bonus-1981)
12. Always on the Bright Side (Bonus-1982)
13. Keepin' On Yearnin' (Bonus-1981)

I thought the bonus songs were around the same time frame as SALUTE and sound like they could be on that album. Evertime I listened to "Whispers of the North" I kept thinking about the rock song "Canary Yellow Canoe" so I had to include that one. "Always on the Bright Side" keeps the postive vibe of SALUTE going, and the electric "Keepin' On Yearnin'" sounds like a perfect upside ending. Gord never sounded more alive!

Time has been wasting away I can see it go sailing on by as it slips through my fingers, the bow & the wave never wait for tommorrow they just keep on rolling as straight as an arrow...Goodnight
