As posted elsewhere (several places) here's the address of Gord's office where you can send birthday cards, get well wishes, etc.:

Check with your local post office for postage. 1st class US for standard cards to Canada is $.60 but unless you want to risk "returned for insufficient postage", have them meter it or weigh it for you.
