Well spotted Walter
I assume you mean Peter O'Toole as the schoolteacher Arthur Chipping (and not the pre-war Robert Donat version)?? Peter is seen here with Petula Clark in the film 1969 musical version of Goodbye Mr Chips
Incidentally much of that film was shot in my hometown (Sherborne Dorset England). In fact there is a picture of Sherborne station masquerading as "Brookfield"
with O'Toole looking even more like Gord. Too bad that the film was made before IYCRMM became a hit because although O'Toole (who I very much admire) did a reasonable job vocally this could have been an excellent debut film for Gord IMHO and furthermore this answers the oft-asked question of who could play Gord in a film of his life (although I believe Peter is unfortunately now looking more like his age (which is some 6 years greater than Gord)
the picture above is from a film gallery page at:=

Many more stills from the film including a nice shot of the Sherborne school quadrangle are at:-

I visited Sherborne in 1968 while the town was decorated for the filmimg (no TV antennae left on view and especially false glassfibre walls with painted on bird droppings !!) and the first property I purchased there was an an apartment in an old large house that had been used as a dormitary for some of the hundreds of extras used as boys for the school
