This was a wonderful show. Whiskey Jack was in top performance mode and pumped out the songs of Stompin' Tom giving them their own spin.
Russell deCarle did a fantastic job on my favourite Stompin' Tom song: "The Gumboot Cloggeroo."
Gord was huge hit and he sang very well. The Good Brothers were on hand to play back up and sing the harmonies with him.
The TV and camera crew were quite busy taking many pics, doing video, interviews, etc.
It was a freezing cold night in Toronto but this gig sure set the tone for a warming trend and that's happening here right now. Much warmer today and it's supposed to continue.
Maple Syrup time is just around the corner!
