I never knew this topic existed, except for someone posting to it lately, I guess many topics get buried. Thanks for resurfacing it.
I was talking with Barry a year or so ago, and he mentioned he was with Pro-Mark. I use them also and was quite surprised that he was a spokesman for them.
Talking about his memory, I once had a chat ( about 1/2 hour long) with him. We were sitting on a low wall in Hartford, Ct. near an auditorium they were going to play at, this was about 1995. In 2014 we were talking about the past and he mentions sitting on the wall in Hartford. Yes, he sure has a great memory. Also he mentioned to me some years ago that he has played on over 300 different LPs and Cds. He was on just about all the Anne Murray lps/cds for instance. A truly nice guy, but haven't you all noticed.. Gordon and his band members are all exceptional and nice people. Gordon knows how to pick them.
