REEVES, John A. —

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Reeves, on Thursday, November 3, 2016, in his 79th year, at Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto.
John took his last breath peacefully with his beloved wife, Beverly McGhee and his longest friend Michael Hood by his bedside. He is also survived by Beverley, her son Adam and the MacCrimmon cousin clan.
One of Canada's most celebrated photographers, writers and broadcasters, John will be deeply mourned by Canada's artistic community. As he joins the pantheon of Canadian greatness, he will be remembered especially for his iconic portraits of leading Canadian and international figures of his time, in politics, literature, music and the arts.
A celebration of life, as per John's wishes, will be held at a later date. date and time to be confirmed.
