Default Re: Terry Clements Memorial Service -update

I happened to be looking at a sample page from 2000 of Matthew Fifer's pioneering Lightfoot web site
and thought his page about Terry was interesting:-

TERRY CLEMENTS
Born in Detroit, raised in LA, now lives in the Toronto area.
Musical Background:
Musical director for Johnie Tillison. House writer with Buck Owens. Movie scores. Worked with producer Lou Adler during the Mamas And The Papas era.
How recruited for Gord:
Terry and Gord met while working on Burt Reynolds first flick. Gord asked him to join the band. He and Red Shea then shared the picking for a year until Red quit. First album was Don Quixote.
Gear:
Martin D 18 and Gretch Country Gentleman.
Outside Projects:
Working on a posthumous album.
Favorite Music:
Early rockers, Motown, Monites de Plata, Fernando Sor, Duane Eddy, Dick Dale, Lonnie Mack, Gravy Martin, James Burton and on and on.
(actually it was Grady Martin the Nashville session guitarist who played on recordings by both Gord and Buddy Holly (a fourth link between my two favourite singers))
Outside interests:
Cooking, jamming in bars, hotel plumbing, and hanging out with the band.
Highlights with Gord:
Hollywood Bowl, Montreal Olympics.

I wonder what happenned to his outside projected posthumous album
or was that a typical example of Clem humour as is
"hotel plumbing"!
