Argo was a very good movie, but it would have been just as good, if not better, if it had stayed true to the facts.

I don't know if Ben Affleck wanted a bigger role for the character he was portraying, or if he felt that the film needed to have the bigger heroes be American. But the real story is so compelling, I can't believe it wouldn't have made a great film in its own right.
