I went to see Gordon Lightfoot on his opening night at Massey Hall. I never go to shows but I just had to see Lightfoot. He was a beauty!

When he sang my favourite, Edmund Fitzgerald, I got chills. He sounded just like the record. Boy do people love him. You can just feel it.

He's a great Canadian too and he always mentions he's from Orillia, and he's Canadian. Not like those that go to Hollywood and become

Successful and become Americans and say they were born in Canada.
