I KNEW ordering from Amazon would cause the Rhino copy to arrive! I am going to give the extra copy to my mother when we pass through Kalamazoo on our way to Massey Hall in November. She thinks I am quite insane for making these pilgrimages to Toronto; perhaps hearing the songs as they sound at Massey will clear things up for her
