i am away from my computer for a few days and omitted to check sugarmegs then you unearth yet another gem
I am amazed at the number of extra bootlegs that keep turning up. following the Seattle 1974 and San francisco 1983 items.

i suspect that it remains unreleased because it sounds to me (and possibly Gordon) to be too heavily redolent of The Gypsy.
During the recording i noted Gord's explanation of Dream Street Rose
and he mentioned Dave Mason as being in the audience
as sell as the aforementioned sugarmegs listing a suitable google found

From that rapidshare link you can download a file cryptically and cunningly named GLVCHNY79.rar where the rar file extension signifies an archived compressed file in the rar format that is a superior alternative to the familiar and ubiquitous zip format and therefore requires "unrarring"

the icing on the cake is my wholehearted endorsement of the Australian freeware burning program Express Burn that find I use for all of my disc burning activities now due to its simple easy to use interface and it loads and opens noticeably quicker than the equivalents from both Roxio and Nero, plus the Main Selling Point as I explained is the ease with which a Gapless (continuous) concert CD can be set up

Now where were we? Ah yes unrarring using JZip... Having done so (into a new folder logically named GLCHNY79) you will have a full set of 24 named mp3s (although the unreleased "heavenbound" has the originator's incorrect guess at a title (It Ain't Easy)) plus some quite serviceable and useful CD jewel case artwork that I will return to display later.
using the free mediaonfo program from:-

reveals that the original all in one 28.5MB wma format file as hosted for continuous streaming by sugarmegs as linked by Tony was sampled at the usual desultory bitrate of only 40KBPS which for quick downloading and non critical
listening is surprisingly good but is hardly condusive to making a quality CD from
However the rapidshare mp3 set was sampled at a far more repectable and useful 320 KBPS which happens to be the usual upper limit for mp3 sampling and despite being a "lossy" compression should transfer to a CD that will to most intents and purposes be indistinguishable from the original source
In addition there is quite likely a comparable set of lossless FLAC files available as a larger torrent but the two main listing sites currently have issues (for me anyway)
