I do not know why that link failed to work (it originally for me too produced a google 404 error message)
so I refound the actual Newsgoup thread then inserted the correctly formulated URL into my revised web page it actually should be:-

I was unable however to find the re original thread in which Bill Weitz posed the question
nor do I know if "Bill Weitz" is the same person as the "Bill Weiss" who evidently helped Wayne get his new website written but their surnames are suspiciously similar to my crossword puzzle solving trained mind
