I was hooked the first time I heard IYCRMM on the radio. I think I was about 14. I started buying the albums, taught myself to play Don Quixote on the guitar (badly) and got my high school boyfriend to take me to my first Lightfoot concert in Kalamazoo, around 1972 I think. Unfortunately, those were the drinking years and he was forgetting lyrics. Still, the music had gotten into my soul, and it's been there ever since. I've always known I'm a Lighthead, and it was great to find this group so that I could give the condition a name.
