It's definitely a Char thing. I'm sure I'm not the only Canadian who would have screamed and quit on the first morning that started with hundreds of spam messages and I'd never be able to get along with so many diverse personalities. (Maybe dealing with toddlers helps develop the patience for the latter.)

So I'd like to add my appreciation for a job very well done!
