Sir John, one dimpled glass of Old Speckled Hen is on the bar awaiting your arrival. That picture of the Jolly Roger is quite recent as the blue bit is a new extension recently built. As pubs over here are closing at a rate approaching 4 per week, it was a brave decision by the landlord to extend. But the pub does very well. With a nice restaurant serving excellent food.

In the distance you can just see a white building poking out just by the car, this was once a pub called The White Feathers, it's claim to fame is that Canadian forces left from that area in June 1944 for the D Day landings. (A very small Lightfoot link)
