The earliest I can remember is getting ready for school in the morning, and hearing "If You Could Read My Mind" on the local radio. Since hearing that song, I wanted to play...just like him. I did fullfill that and, taught myself to play and, on a local public level, I played. Now at 52, I'm at a time in my life where I am remembering the past and, being thankful for all of the people who made my life a bit brighter. Gordon Lightfoot, and his wonderful music, was definately a ray of sunshine.
So, if by some strange miracle, there is one here who can tell him thank you for me, it would be truly appreciated. Myron from PA, USA

One thing that I'd like to do, if I could speak to him personally, is to find out if he ever got the comforter that I made him for his 70th birthday. The number one reason that I did that was to show how much I appreciated him & his wonderful music. I also wanted him to know how much I appreciated him coming to Arkansas back in '08, a thrill that I will always remember. I know that I will as I framed the ticket stub as well as an advertisement for the show.
