Sorry but I really do not understand what you are all moaning about. The URLs of both mp3s are perfectly correct and I just tried right clicking on that US anthem link:it worked for me just dandy and here is the proof
The fact that the downloaded file would not then play in Windows Media Player is another issue that I will now look into
