there is no explanation.. they can 'explain' it every which way but it doesn't wash with me. previous olympians who spent years of their lives to be Olympians were not asked and spots were taken by news people and others who did not need to be there..
arnie walked-he had two lengths-taking two spots actually...
Matt Lauer from NBC - wtf?? Like he needs another shot to get his face on TV??
