Thanks for posting that video Mende
For anybody curious as I was as to why the video he selected has the title
"AVSEQ4" this almost certainly signifies that it was the fourth track on a VCD (Video CD) made from a selection of video files in VCD compliant MPEG-1 format. . When burnt onto a blank CD-R the VCD protocol creates a folder named MPEGAV which will contain each Audio/Video track as a SEQuence of DAT format files starting at AVSEQ001.dat so the uploader probably ripped the AVSEQ005.dat file from a VCD then retitled it AVSEQ04
For once I have to agree with the comment by Adha4
Thanks for sharing this lovely rendition, so heartfelt and sincere, I love it.
I know that as recently reported Bob never sings anything the same as usual, but having heard his INSTC on other mp3s such as the one used on this youtube video

and being singularly unimpressed this Toronto performance on 29 October 1998 like the man said it is really quite something special
And dig those crazy white striped trousers (oops “pants”)
I still remember the thrill of hearing an early Dylan album at my first ever après ski party in the Laurentians near Montreal sometime in January 1965. I was bowled over by it
