A Toronto newspaper conducted an unscientific experiment by dropping 20 wallets around the city containing some cash, personal items, ATM cards and contact information.
Fifteen of Twenty were returned with two more phone messages regarding the wallets pending. Maybe Yonge Street is something to sing about!
