I have discovered a lot of new music from watching various groups or artists that were unknown to me. I have bought their music and spent money because I knew for sure that I liked them and didn't have to wonder if I would just like a track or two and skip the rest.
I think it's really sad that so much of the music is being pulled off of YT. I know that there are two sides to the story...there always is

I just think that the exposure that musicians get on YT is an asset that is being overlooked by Warner's executives.
I miss the Tribute channel, too
