Pam, your post made me laugh. I remember what it's like and some of the less than savory ways I would find stray cigarettes around the house or car.
It's a rough addiction to kick but it's doable.

It took three months for me to actually say that I felt like I was out of the woods. I can't say that I still wouldn't like a cigarette now and then, but I can say that I don't have to have one. The compulsion has been replaced with a desire once in a while that passes very quickly.
