You are giving up cigarettes with all this stress???? Oh my gosh, you are a brave soul....lol. It's hard but hang in there. I quite a long time ago and I am so happy to have that demon out of my life.

I get congested every time after I light up!!! Only managed to go 4 days without smoking a couple of weeks ago while I was a friends house. On the 4th night...I new for sure there had to be a cigarette somewhere in my car! Felt a little foolish looking under the seats and then found a broken one that had fallen between the seats. Put it together and lit it up and it was GOOD.
Back to smoking but cut down. I can't afford $7/pack and I don't want to order any ($2/pk). I have a quit date coming up and all my quit smoking brochures put together. And I have a friend who is going to help me get back to running again (it's been many years!).
